  • Title to products passes upon full payment and shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship only to addresses we deem acceptable. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance issues.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of research chemicals:

  • All sales are final.

  • No returns or refunds except in cases of proven shipping error or product defect (reported within 7 days of receipt).

  • Products must be unopened and in original condition.

  • Custom-synthesized or temperature-sensitive items are non-returnable.

7. Limited Warranty and Disclaimer
Products are provided "as is." We warrant only that products conform to our published specifications at the time of shipment. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina. You waive any objection to venue or inconvenience of forum.
