• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are usually shipped the same day, subject to payment verification and stock availability.

• We will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx to ensure discreet and secure delivery.

• Standard Shipping — Most economical option (2–5 business days transit time).

• Expedited Shipping — 2-Day or Overnight options available at checkout for faster delivery.

• Free Shipping: On all domestic US orders over $200 (using USPS Standard or equivalent).

• Orders under $200:
  USPS Standard (2–5 business days): $15.00
  FedEx 2-Day: $25.00 (business days only)
  FedEx Overnight: $50.00 (next business day delivery where available)

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method.

• All rates include discreet packaging to protect product integrity and privacy.

4. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship only within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories unless specified at checkout).

• International shipping is not currently available. Please check back for future updates.

5. Delivery Times

• Estimated transit times (after processing):
  Standard: 2–5 business days
  2-Day: 2 business days
  Overnight: Next business day (orders placed before carrier cutoff)

• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, and adverse weather may cause delays.

• All orders include tracking information sent via email.

• Packages are shipped with basic carrier insurance coverage included.

• We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are handed to the carrier. However, we will assist with any claims where possible.

• Temperature-sensitive products (if applicable) are packaged with appropriate insulation and/or ice packs to maintain stability during transit.
