1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed and shipped.

2. Exceptions – Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
In the rare event of shipping-related issues, we will review cases on an individual basis. To qualify for resolution (replacement or refund at our sole discretion), you must:

Missing items from the order
If approved:
We may issue a replacement (most common resolution) or, in limited cases, a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds (if granted) will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Any refund may deduct original shipping fees, restocking fees (up to 10–15% at our discretion), or other costs.
We do not cover:
Customs seizures, delays, duties, or import rejections (international customers assume all such risks)
Products that have been opened, tampered with, reconstituted, or partially used
